I'm a newer fan of this game as I'm on the younger side of the fandom, most people grew up with it, but I only started getting into it when I was around 16? ish? I've known nothing but bots since joining this game and frankly it's just another case of corporate greed that doesn't get solved.
But, given the bots are in fact of possession of csem and spreading that content, atp the fbi should and need to get involved. I've already suggested the idea on twitter to a few individuals, but it really does need to happen. It's more likely we'll get some action if the fbi gets involved than if we just continue to pester valve. I'm not sure how the process of reporting possession and spreading of csem to the fbi works, but im sure someone else will, and hopefully we can get that started once it gets to the right person who knows how to do it.
