this game is exceptional. it is worth the full price (30 us) to me. i had an awesome time trying to brave the zone, coming up with different ways to fight the environment and uncover as much of the story i could. i planned careful routes, gathered resources i needed effectively and probably stayed behind getting air drops too much. my character probably has a third arm from the radiation.

this game is an excellent way to explore the PNW area. it is a nice game for people who get startled by jump scares - there are almost none except for slow moving things that don't move unless you aren't looking at them . this is a game for people who want to fight the environment, and not other players. the narrative is driven by audio comms similar to firewatch and portal. i recommend this to people who want a perfected, challenging, and engaging single player story game with a whole lot of heart. 5/5

it is fun so far. if you like randomizing and going with what you got, this is the game for you. some things are a bit buggy and clunky at times, but hopefully they can get better.
- one example is taming animals, sometimes they get wonky and dont behave as you want them to.
- the building system also is kind of weird. i want to prioritize deleting an item on top of the floor vs the floor.
- i could use a bit more opportunities to get settlers and fight people, sometimes not having resources sucks a lot

This game was awesome, a blend of darkness and depth. I wish I could forget playing it to play it over again.
