At this time i wouldn't reccommended this game.

Overkill should working on the bug first and maximise the loading screen. Yeah it's good that during loading screen there's video to help explanation about the story, but pls maximise it. It tends to freeze and won't continue then crashing the game or Alt + F4.

Really, you Overkill team should working on the loading screen. Almost all of time after finishing mission i got stuck on the loading screen with the red overlay zombies and won't continue. Must end task or Alt +F4.

It really sucks to do this all the time. Pls patch the game so that loading screen won't get stuck or freeze.

For the level game itself it's good. Kind of Payday, with minimum explanation about the game and you must find out yourself what you should be doing. It's not a game for newbie gamers, with minimum tutorial, you should explore yourself about what to do on the game.

Reccommend for gamer looking for zombie games with challenging experience. But for now not reccommended with a lot of bugs. Pls fix the loading screen and i will change my review.

Second review that I hope steam add so-so review instead of reccommended and no.

Only grab this once it sale, if not don't.
The game is kinda short and fast to finish (around 9-12 hrs for campaign)
If you want to play Resident Evil with more horror, play RE 4, VII (I haven't play VII so not really sure), or previous RE.
If you want to play Resident Evil with more action, play RE 5 / 6
Only reccommended if you fans of RE and want to know what Jill does in the storyline universe.

Risen 3 is a good old school RPG games.

If you like TES, Gothic, and any other action old school RPG games, then this game is for you.

What can i say....? The "plot" is more interesting than the story.

It would be better if this game was given another name.
It would be a good survival horror beat-em-up game if this game title doesn't have a "Dead Island" on it.
After finishing the game, the story somewhat hanging and its repeat to the new game.
Kind off some other franchise, with "American Nightmare" in its title.

If you want to play a good survival horror beat-em-up game with clunky stealth system then this game is for you.
But don't expect it if you want to play because you want to continue to know about dead island.

It is short.

Seriously, if i don't try to get the full achievement, then i think it's just around 1hrs.
Less if you're a fast reader (finished it around 112min).

Cons :
- Cliche

In conclusion, this game is just a casual VN that's not frightening nor exciting. The story is cliche and predictable too.
Still, it's a good game if you're to bored with the other games and want to play another game to refresh.
