One of my favorite games of all time but due to Volition's laziness and horrible PC port the game is unplayable.

Back in the day it was possible to play with a computer that had good specs and Windows 7.

But with Windows 11 it's impossible to play without crashing every 10 minutes even if you have a good computer.

Even if you download mods it's no help,it still crashes but it's less often compared to the vanilla version of the game.

As long as there is no official fix for the game I would not recommend anyone to buy the game.

Out of all SR games this one is the worst by far. (I thought 4 was the worst 'til I played this)
Instead of allowing player to make loose ends from the events of SR1 (as the game markets itself about the "Dex issue") it just makes you do stupid side missions for "real important people who lived in the past"
Wow,helping Shakespeare to kill demons and doing other people's errand work,SO MUCH FUN.
Also ,in order to continue in main story you HAVE to do those stupid boring repetitive side quests. (Clearly just a lazy way to create an illusion that game is longer than it really is)
If it was released as an official dlc it would be still average or below average.It just feels like a game that tries really really hard to be funny.

"Kill Dex – We promise you can do it this time. Pinky swear." literally only thing that you are doing is just killing a demon npc with Dex's signature purple hat and witnessing worthless dialogues between him and Johnny.
Imagine killing Julius at the corner of street without a cutscene,without confronting him,just killing him in a normal way just like how you would kill an average npc.Would that be satisfying?
Instead of trying to get attention by adding all those famous historic figures and repeating tryhard unfunny humor they could have make this game a dlc that no one would acknowledge as a "full game" and everybody would continue on without caring that much.

Half Life and Valve in general died for a MOBA card game.
