Set the bar for remakes imo. I was initially on the fence during the beginning, with what sounded like bugged combat music fading in and out. Once I got to the apartment complex and beyond, my expectations were far exceeded. Great voice acting, animation, attention to detail in environments, and importantly: it stayed true to the original game. Highlight of the game was the abstract daddy fight. Hope this same team can remake SH1 and SH3.

It's a genuinely fun game without overbearing FOMO microtransactions shoved in your face. Dev team cares about the game and is set on improving it, despite the occasional questionable balance decision.
