I just played my first run, i have 1600 ELO so i tried the advanced mode i think? the one before grandmaster difficulty, the first run maintaned the flow so high, i didn´t got distracted anytime, the game is not only demanding but also attracting my atention, i barely looked away, if i was not thinking about the moves, it was because i were in the shop. i think the game core of mechanics are too good, and the game loop is well designed. i think the game is not winnable, after certain round the opponent gets more pieces so reaching the "last" room is winning. 5 or 6 floors after that it becomes too difficult. so the game pushes you to try another starting positions and challenges. so the gameplay doesn´t become boring, i´m about to play the other challenges during the week, i can´t wait for that.
the downsides about the game are:
-confusing art design, the pieces are modelled in 3D, the elements like where pieces can capture are too noisy and i think could be better, this causes distractions while calculating or thinking
-There are no ways to premove, get arrows to calculate, circles. i dont think is neccesary but it would be a great addition to the config menu as an optional setting
-winning by points isn´t very clear
-dead point win is not very clear
-Font desing isn´t polished
-HUD art isn´t very polished
-Backgrounds are ugly (most of them, even the special ones)
-The starting menu is ugly
-the translations look like they were made by a bot, i played in spanish
The game is great, looks like a "demo" of a game tho, art is his biggest weakness and i would love to see a polished version so this game gets more attention, the unprofesionalism could affect his sales and it´s too good for not being noticed by media.
i´l try to contribute to the sales tho. this is a great game overall
8.8/10, his weakness are only in art design

el juego esta bien hecho pero en si no me entretiene, se que ahí dice que esta hecho para "relajar" pero sinceramente siento que no me entretiene ni me relaja, es bueno pero no es para mi
