Honestly incredible, definite improvement of the storytelling over the base game's main quest, the weapons and outfits are very cool, and the locations and whole atmosphere of Va'ruun'kai are very well made and enjoyable to look at, as someone who pre-ordered the premium edition I felt this absolutely justified the purchase I'd made. As much as I like the base game this really does elevate it.
