An anime souls-like with nice visuals and a kickass character creator. Some bosses are quite difficult but there is many different playstyles so find one that suits you and you should be fine. Yakumo is best bro.

Early-game is full of brick walls, mid-game is grindy but has enough content to space it out and be fun, allowing you to do fun quests while secretly grinding, and end-game is ... interesting.
