An amazing rendition of the Fallout universe. While FO3 and FO4 portray the retro futurism much fuller with their urban/forest environments, here the desert is the desert, so this game feels different but in a good way. Other Fallouts also focus more on the vault aspect and rebuilding after the war, while also taking place at earlier time periods. Apparently the West rebuilt faster, and this game focuses on a (somewhat) later year when resources are already mostly available, so the Mojave is heavily sought after.

Then of course there's the strip, run buy a few families, and they allow everyone who's peaceful and has enough money to party and gamble down on the strip. Makes the desert worth traveling.

Trying to clean water? Trying to save humanity? Nah, I'm trying to cash out on Black 17.

Such a fun and unique take on a post apocalyptic world.

10/10 game, but can be very buggy. Mods will fix just about everything, but the game will still crash every 10-15 mins (usually when fast traveling.) Apparently it happens with many PC users with older Bethesda games. On my FO3 runthrus I had way less crashes, but more game breaking bugs. When relaunching FONV, I sometimes get bad boots, but the game reopens in 2 seconds.

It is SO damn good that it's worth getting annoyed over. New season of the Fallout show will also hopefully give somewhat of an epilogue on what happened to New Vegas.

Download Vortex, buy this game, mod it. I'd recommend not changing the gameplay too much, but patch the game up and have fun with it. You won't regret it and you WILL play it more than once.

Scary yet hilarious (with friends)

Super fun game in the Harry Potter world. Grinding for 100% completion was rewarding and the story has replay value. Looking forward to playing it again in the future.
