While this game won't go on sale, it's worth every penny at full price.

I couldn't understand why I enjoyed this game until I realized I like being stressed out. Never a dull moment.

I really want to like this game. So much was promised, but so little delivered on. I like survival/building games, and I think Starforge really has a nice thing going. I can play for several hours, enjoy it, but then become enraged after finally getting the skycopter or building that massive base only to have my save corupted. Things happen, I understand. But the fact that code hatch just pumped out a half working game, said "Oh well," to the remaining promised features, and then completely cut off all support for the game is ridiculous. They got their money, and they don't care anymore. I want this game, I really like it, but it can't even operate how it's meant to. Save yourself the pain and move on.

Dishonored is a game just one step short of a masterpiece. What holds it back is hard to say, but where the game shines is that it doesn't hold anything back from you. Immerse yourself in Dunwall, a pastel painting brought to life by a corrupt government, a spreading plague, and an evil plot framing you as the culprit. While the game masks itself in a fairly see-through narrative, the ability to exact revenge as you please makes Dishonored worth while. The environment and characters react to how you take out your missions and dispatch your foes, which makes each decision truely satisfying. It wasn't until I finished this game that I realized how much I enjoyed it. The ending you reach, however narrow the choices are, is truly yours. The game is a fairly short when played straight through, but plenty of collectibles, extra gamemdoes, and DLC expand the game.
