Fun game

Outside of the cut content, this is still an amazing remake, highly recommend it especially during this sale.

Perfect blend of survival horror and action combat. Less campy and comical compared to the original with more serious undertones embedded throughout the chapters. The combat is much more advanced than any other entry including the remakes, with enough tools to keep you from being burnt out. Out of the other RE games, this is the tumultuous game with a reverb that will leave you satisfied no matter what, compared to the other games that are predicated on a somewhat of a niche taste in survival horror.

I have played every fromsoft game except for armored core, favorites being sekiro and bloodborne. This game on pc is borderline unplayable for me, with constant frame drops and stutters in limegrave, especially with the open field bosses. Tried all the fixes out there, and changed the graphic settings, updated drivers, etc.... I am playing it on ps5 instead because of how bad it runs. I do not recommend buying this game at this state, anyone telling you its completely fine is either an idiot who cant tell what is stable 60fps or just a lying shill, same types of people that said they dont mind powerpresentation-like fps in bloodborne. If you are not sensitive to choppy fps drops, then buy it because the game is good, if you are, do not. None of the fixes will 100% work, see this video it clears everything up

Fromsoft game, regardless of what people say, it still a very good game. DLC has some cool bosses. If you played das3 before this, it will be a breeze for the most part in my opinion, the combat is slower paced with a heavier emphasis on managing your stamina bar and being more careful to heal. Overall, still a great a game. ♥♥♥♥ Frigid outskirts though

Played all the souls games as well as sekiro. Dark souls 3 has the more polished combat compared to 1 and 2, and it feels closer to Bloodborne imo. This game has amazing boss fights, with very memorable music. I highly recommend the DLC as well, the ringed city is the toughest content with some of the most challenging and godtier boss fights in the entire game
