My easy Game of the Year choice

I bought this game from all the hype of the devs doing what the gaming community has wanted from AAA games for the past 10-ish years — not releasing unfinished games. I went in not knowing what to really expect, and honestly that was the best thing that could be done to experience this game the right way. Coming in to this game, I didn't even know anything about D&D. Yeah, I reloaded saves when my character died, or trying to fight a difficult battle for my level, but I had no need to save scum to get certain outcomes of the story as I didn't use guides or have any prior knowledge of what was going to happen.

I would honestly recommend BG3 to anyone that has ever played an RPG and been left wanting "more." Whatever "more" was, I can bet that you would be able to find it here.

If you like city/world builders for the creative aspect over management then this game is for you. It's so peaceful, just you and your little town/castle/realm.
