Overpriced, overhyped ♥♥♥♥, main problem is bullet-sponge enemies, whole RPG-like lvl idea is a big mistake, any unarmoured lvl 1 thug can take 10 bullets to head or direct hit with granade and survive.
Overloaded uncomfortable UI, cleraly made for consoles , microtransactions, lots of expensive DLCs (most of content - paid on top of base price) , somewhat bad optimization. 0 achievements, Uplay. Game takes up too much space, maybe bacause of HD videos for no reason in it?
Poor console controls without jumps, prone, crouch; Covers are too sticky for my taste; Poor customization choices, most of equipment don't alter your appearence (even RPGs do that), different weapons feels the same - dull.
Undestroyable cars, unkillable civilians cuz u're good guy duh, why would u want to kill innocent anyway, right?

• Nice lil' game 'bout tanks, it even has planes mini-game in it but you will only use planes to ram trucks xdd(some say its a plane mini-game with tanks, don't belive them tho) basicly plains exist to justify anti-air tanks.
  
• While not pay-to-win, sertanly pay for advantage. Third or so premium(paid) tanks are unique, some of them are OP, and can't be obtained just for free(others are either event prizes and can't be bought or just copy-pasts of basic tanks); Tanks can be enchanced for money (small buff to health, reload, repair, aim speeds, radar radius - all stats basicly), made to have an permanent exp. booster tied to a tank, you can also buy "decorations" aka "try to guess where's my weak spot in this bush". You don't absolutely must have those to enjoy playing and winning, just observe what are people killing you with the most, learn tactics, weakspots of every tank (not just for heavy tanks, weak spots of every tank are just as important (excluding Pzkpf 2-4s - just wack 'em) kidding, some pz's have somewhat decent front hull armor, and not so ez to 1-shot sometimes, see?), learn the Meta and currently relevant tanks, learn from your mistakes and u'll be gucci.
  60% of paid content KINDA can be obtained without money, but its mixture of luck and grind, you better off earning money doing blow jobs very cheap and then buyng NEEDED features without any discount, with your hard-earned money.
  
• Tanks from different countries have different traits unique to them, you can choose one to your liking but generally its good to play all the different nations, all of them have their calling cards, just do not play tanks, which don't have explosive AP(for armor-piercing) rounds with less than 50-35 grams of TNT in it, and no, HE, HEAT, APCR, LGBT or whatever do not count.
  
• Game is fairly realistic: tanks move slowly, affected by physics, can be set on fire, tracks, engine or turret could be damaged, each tanker inside can be cruelly turned into gibs with spectacular blast of anti-tank projectile inside of his body and if it happens with gun operator - rest of the crew will be terrified, rendering whole tank effectively stunned while most useless at that time crew member takes gunners soaked with blood chair, gun reloader drops a shell on his foot, commander having flashbacks and only driver doing something useful atleast - extinguishes fire and repeiring what's left, aim for the gunner - that's my point. Every hit will be shown to you as instant replay in x-ray much like in Sniper Elite which is neat.
  
• So! What tank are you!?
  Are you a cheeky german with high risk-high reward tanks ? Russian ultra-violence apriciator ? Or american tank?, who doesn't care, you just want to drive a Sherman of your choice, and that's fine cuz Sherman is aight, just try not to puke cuz of see-sawing, And idk if I need to mention - don't start with british tanks, I don't know why would you anyway,
  cuz maybe u're a chav or something, long story short: its a fake faction, at first - april's fool joke, now gone too far, Gaijin likes to troll and british tanks deliver, yea they have couple of bearable tanks, don't bother tho
  
• If you are wondering about russian bias - its a Warthunder meme, long time ago soviets had a single OP tank-family which were T-34's at a time, I'm not saying soviets don't have OP tanks now, every true faction has strong "OP" Meta tanks aswell as useless garbage troll-vehicles for the check, to fill in gaps in research tree; its like calling a single weapon in online shooter "akimbo glocks bias". Every time som1 mentions "russian bias" and others believing - I giggle, sadly this meme died off lately.

• Optimization is very good in this game, pretty graphics and high frame-rate on your fancy laptop or old PC alike.
