Totally understand actually. A lot of times, we want to take advantage of opportunities to spread the word or be a part promo events, and they can be discounts or giveaways etc. for different platforms. We are a smaller game and community, so we're always looking for opportunities to get more people into the game. It's definitely harder to ensure that everyone will always pay the same price, and Steam has sales events that we take part in as well. We actually don't make a lot of money from cosmetics, so while of course people support us with cosmetic purchases, this is really about having a limited time event and getting more people into the game so you'll have more people to play with.
