NS2 players love this game more than the developers

Game is good
Performance needs to be fixed
The micro-transactions is negligible and and same as release DD1.
(no sane DD veteran player would ever buy these unless they want to speedrun with the extra portcrystal)

Really fun game, unfortunately it's a buggy mess and most noticable starting chapter 3. Every game released by Owlcat so far has been filled with bugs, and from now on I will not purchase any games from Owlcat on release. Recommend to wait at least 1 or 2 years before doing it.

Cleared Kasane's story so far on hard with no peddling-back or barely any side-quest (Only did 1 that asked for max jelly).
Combat does not give you the best impression at the start, especially because of the wacky dodge mechanics and the lacking arial combat. But I can assure that it will become much better the longer you progress in the game. It's at its peak at end game.

The comic/slideshow style of cut-scenes is a bit lacking. The normal cut-scenes are fine, but I feel like they could have done much more. This doesn't really affect the story however.

Story-wise, I'd say they gave you too much clues, especially on the second intro. It's very unfortunate, but you won't find tear-jerking story here. The red-flags were too obvious. The time invested on the character is too short.
There is also unanswered plot, and plot-holes, and you'll notice them, but nothing that really ruins the story unless you're super picky.

Strongly recommend to try this game out.

One of the only games that does not allow surrender when it's a blatant game over.
One of the only games that punish playing with friends.
One of the only games that fixes ♥♥♥♥ that doesn't need to be fixed.
UI still sucks balls after all the $$$$$, and every patch for the UI made it worse.
Still no proper sound controls. I shouldn't have to set 10% on every player on the ♥♥♥♥ UI voice placement everytime I play a match.
Tag team trolling still exist. Why?
Took them long enough to understand with their 1 iq brains that a proper LFG should have been implemented when you don't allow ppl to join with big differerence in rank. Oh guess what? They don't give a ♥♥♥♥. So I shouldn't either.
