its an intended feature, but if you dont want it, do a material override -> right-click the material that you want to disable -> add attribute -> bool -> $emissiveblendenabled -> make sure its tick off

if you know how to edit vmt file then just remove the attribute from "1" to "0" to disable it for the material of your choice.
