Witchfire is grounds for bragging rights because any gamer who can make it past the Island of the Damned is GOATed. Truly, this first person-shooter is everything we have been asking for in a Dark-souls like game. The rogue-lite mechanics made every reload unique and challenging... I never knew which combination of skills I'd end up with.

Kudos to the gun mechanics and the smooth shooting. That was probably my favorite part about the starting rifle.
You absolutely need to continue leveling and upgrading your gear if you want to find any success with the elites/bosses.

I have included my first 30 minutes of game-play for your entertainment... I can't wait to see Witch Mountain when it's completed. It'll probably be terrifying.

Truly unfortunate timing that Palworld released during the same month. This dark fantasy has skill-trees and voxel-based building! I really enjoyed the combat style following the Assassin-Mage route. It was really nice to play the way I wanted. My good friend, Gamgee, tried her hand at building Hobbit homes from the Shire in this video giving you a great example of what voxel-based building is capable of.

A refreshing change of RPG ~ Leaving your fate up to Tarot Cards. The internal struggle of dialogue and the choices you make result in unique experiences. My first 30 minutes in the game:

The art is satisfying and the controls are simple. The hard task is building your character and preparing for the difficult bosses that lead up to Death. I found success with a Chain and Lifelink build in my first play-through.

Destroying mobs of minions in this hack-n-slash feels great and the play-able heroes have interesting personalities. I appreciate the cocky-assassin Nixi. My only feedback is the Hero dialogue - whereas it doesn't feel finished... characters will say "k." or ":p" which breaks the immersion for me.

Resurrection is right! I had to die a few times before I found a deck that could progress through the deepest chambers. A great beginner build is the Sorcerer: Scorch. I appreciate the unique feature the cards offer by boosting each other. I think this sets the game against Slay the Spire.

My first play-through:

There is a learning curve but once you understand the unique combat style there is a high reward for progression. Exploring and fighting is fun once you get it done. What felt like 20 minutes in-game turned out to be an hour when I noticed the clock. I've started the story multiple times (due to dying) but I each death resulted in a new lesson. I personally love the community support behind this title and finding out what other players have discovered.

Truly hilarious game! I enjoyed how easy it was painting as The Artist and connecting our cell-phones. I highly suggest the tutorial to learn how to hold/change your paint brushes.

Fun and spooky game, would be great for the spooky seasons coming up. My community enjoyed helping solve puzzles and we had good laughs throughout..

The overlay on Sucker for Love was flashing on my screen so I resolved it by un-checking Full Screen. And the audio in the THING in the Lake was crackling. I'm not sure if it's common or just me.

Overall, I'd recommend this game to my friends. I already know some Gamers' who are excited to solve the puzzles on their own.

Beautiful! Fun! Mysterious!

The puzzles were simple to understand but got complex further into the game. I enjoyed the aesthetic and soundtrack, making a great experience!
