Skyshine's BEDLAM can be summed up in one word: rewarding. The game is very challenging, even on easy. Victory becomes a true accomplishment, not merely an expectation one gets "putting in enough hours" into a game. BEDLAM won't let you off that easy.

BEDLAM merges several genre's together as a cohesive unit. The art style is "retro" in that it's very artist rendered. Yet the art is not pixelated. Much care was taken in the art process to build the set pieces and characters within this universe. Is the game fun? Absolutely. You will become invested in your heroes. You will scream in agony with them when they die, and cheer them on when they win. While the Dozer may appear to be the heart of the quest, your true emotional attachment goes to the men and women (and mutants!) who defend your hulking machine from the denizens beyond.

If you enjoy roguelikes, you will enjoy BEDLAM. If you enjoy turn based combat, you will enjoy BEDLAM. If you enjoy quality gaming, you will enjoy BEDLAM. Do yourself a favor and grab BEDLAM: a game that is sure to attract your attention, and test your skill.
