Like many 'ypsies, you spend most time drinking, begging and stealing.

Spend 9 hours of your life with your best friends wondering why you buy this game to begin with, and how stupid this game is -- only to realise for 9 hours you have begged at local trainstation and eaten loaf of bread.
Very depressing. Would recommend.

Early Access Review
Habibi, I played my first session tonight;
This game is what Phasmophobia would be, if Phasmophobia wasn't ♥♥♥♥♥.
(The audio doesn't have that constant muffled sound droning in your earholes everytime you enter the damn house)

I am still fairly green in the ghost hunting genre of games, but I felt that the tutorial wasn't overwhelming thanks to both the text and video explanations of what each item did.
It has all the usual suspects as far as tools and gadgets are concerned, but the Event Logger is by far the best QOL improvement to the game.

11/10 on character customisation for fat characters alone, but the game could really do with some more beards.
(especially Lemmy's friendly muttonchops.)

Quick to pick up, packed with replayability and RNG.
Solving which three ingredients for the ritual's requirement is the standard goal, but having to find the extra binding item adds for a bit of extra challenge.

Needs the ability to crouch and shove teammates ples.
I will gift you beans if you do.

TLDR;
Game good. Buy game or I'll suplex your nan.

I hate long reviews, so short and sweet:

I'm about four hours into it and doesn't feel like I'm near the end yet; which is pretty ripper, considering it is still peaking my intrigue.

Gameplay mechanics are top notch for a point & click adventure. You're jumping from a third person to first person perspective often and it introduces different ways to handle puzzle and survival work.

Voice acting is a nice touch, helps me keep focused on the game and not every character speaks with a cockney accent (unlike inside the ol' lemon spread)

Puzzles are well thought out and when you click on a few of them, you don't feel stupid -- but you know some developer out there was really smug the day they implemented that idea

Inclusive enough to think of certain aspects, phobias and fears for people; but not in a coddling way. I appreciates that.

TLDR;
It's a great point & click, horror, mystery game. It pays its dues to the genre and offers a lot of homages to the greats that came before it.

If you appreciate island based monkeys, fandangos that are grim or dyslexic goblins - you're going to have a great time.
If you don't understand any of that, you're far too young and need to play some classic point & click games -- starting with this one.

Now, where's my Pepsi? I've got more mystery to solve in this..

Tonight's session went for about 3 hours. My gut hurts from laughter.

If you've got the sort of friends who know their way around Nanna's dusty dragon dildo collection; this game is going to be an absolute hoot.

Get you some. Its only like $15AUD.
Thats like, what? Only half a litre of petrol, or an iceberg lettuce. Worth every cent.
