Really solid game with fantastic music and job system, but COMPLETIONIST HELL. I didn't even realize the hole I had dug myself into until I started peeking at the achievements for this game. Wish me luck. Still a fun experience with some cute characters tho.

10/10 game. Have owned it on vita already I just couldn't BEAR to watch everyone else have all the fun.

This game is fantastic. I have no nostalgia for the original game, I never played it. However this game stands on it's own two feet as a modern testament to great game design. The story is compelling, the characters are fantastic, and the music is great. Managing your inventory to try and make it to the next typewriter is as stressful as always, but seeing the next saferoom and hearing that familiar music is so rewarding. I wish there was a little more variety in between runs, instead of the same places with relatively the same progression. I also wish you could see the impact of one character affecting the other on the second run, but that's just me.

If you have any interest in this game at all, I promise you that it's worth it. I paid full price, but you could probably wait for a sale. While this game is amazing, it's not going anywhere.

I'd give it a 9/10, the biggest reason it isn't 10/10 is because I have to buy new underwear now after seeing Mr. X for the first time.

Literally the worst ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ launcher/account system ever. Origin is better. Hi-Rez is a company that makes above average games with a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ system to interlink them. I played the game forever ago, and loved it. It was actually fun and ♥♥♥♥, but now that I want to go back to it I can't because their ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ dumbass ♥♥♥♥ locked me out. I have to jump through so many ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ hoops to recover an account, and for 140ish hours, it's not ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ worth starting over. It's nigh impossible to recover, even ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ to restart so ♥♥♥♥ this game and it's retarded, unhelpful developers for ruining what was once a fun experience for me. They can get ♥♥♥♥♥♥ and find someone else to play this heaping piece of ♥♥♥♥, while I go to Blizzard and play their game because their ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ log-in system actually works.

0/10, actually decent game but ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ garbage launcher. Even worse customer service.

P.S: LET PEOPLE SKIP TRAINING! For ♥♥♥♥♥ sake, why force people to play against bots til level 5? That's so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ stupid, especially for people like me who were ♥♥♥♥♥♥ by the stupid system and just want to hop right back in. I'm tired of a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ bot match and I'm tired of having to unlock and get at least 13 level 4 or higher heroes just to play the stupid ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ game you made me restart you ♥♥♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥♥. Die.

This is the best ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ PC game I have ever played. As of writing this, I've played 190 hours of it, but I'd play 200 more in a hearbeat. It's actually fantastic. With either a mouse and keyboard or Xbox controller, it's truly fantastic. The multiplayer is fun and enjoyable, whether it be pvp or pve.

Minecarts.

This game is spectacular with friends. If you have 2-3 friends to play with, this game is EASILY one of the best team based games on Steam.
