and without half the npcs being essential
and with interesting characters
and good dlc
and interesting companions
and interesting world
and cazadors
and with more than 2 types of shotguns
and with unique weapons actually meaning something
and immersion
and the ability to actually make your character how you want
and with good skills
and starting SPECIAL skills meaning something
And actually being a solid 10/10
