Still pretty buggy, even with the worst of the problems addressed, but the story was good and the gameplay was fun.

It's already pretty entertaining in a knobs-and-levers kind of way. I haven't tried multiplayer, but I can only imagine that will add to the fun. The devs sound like they're still motivated and have a good rep with the community, so that's a good sign. I'd say if you're wondering if you should get this and the price isn't a huge deal, go for it. Like any early-access game there's a chance it'll crap out, but right now it's worth at least a good weekend of kicking the tires.

20 hours of solid humor and gameplay. Fun story, really good characters. Imaginative settings and style. Yea, way to go Doublefine, this was a great game.

The concepts around mapping were interesting, and I think the game has promise, but the character's running physics is a combination of ice skating and oil tanker piloting. And his stalker-phone-call heavy breathing every time he gets above a leisurely stroll is kind of annoying after a while. All in all, with the plodding movement, the first hour I played just felt laborious and tedious, when it should've been an exciting exploration adventure.

I'd love to see this game polished up a bit. It really does seem like a good game with a few fatal flaws.

It's simple, but I found it fun to play. I usually don't like the "lose and start from the beginning" mechanic, but the game is so simple it doesn't feel like a huge reset to start over. I'm calling good game, well put together.
