the campaign is rather short, if you decide to only do the story missions. however with the addition of all the side missions, there is a bulk of content. its a great experience despite its brief main story. the boss fight is memorable and amazing. that is all.

aside from the absolutely silly sprint mechanism. its top tier.

THIS GAME IS ABSOLUTELY LEGENDARY.

there are no negatives to the gameplay in this game. its basically a perfect swordfight simulator. the more skilled fighter always wins in duels.

the only negative is ping. lots of servers have absolute garbage ping. other than that its epic.

To put it simply. this game is worth your money.

This game is the kind of game, that the developers wanted to make and play. it really shows.

Its like if Halo:3 odst firefight had a dwarven space baby with lost planet. truly a splendid game.

This game was very bad in comparison to the previous installments in the series. It had a couple of good moments but overall wasnt very memorable.

This game did not deserve a GOTY edition. The GOTY edition is basically a lie because it didnt win GOTY.

after 2000 hours in this game i can safely say its a fun game with lots of good aspects. IF you are interested in teamwork and coordination. this is starting to become a battlefield clone because it attracts all the normies. its not any fun to play unless you are paying attention and coordinate with your team or squad.

the squad developers actively oppose freedom of speech. by forcing each and every server to follow a specific rule. this rule is "no hateism allows", you cant even use the word ♥♥♥♥♥♥. you will be banned. for life. from each server over a little word. the squad devs are canadians and think this means they get to force their hate speech laws on the game. not to mention its 100% of the time a permaban for any speech that they consider hateful. its absolutely ridiculous. dont buy this game if you support freedom of speech.





So after 1100 hours of squad i figured i would chime in on the review page.

The game is great in many ways, it forces carfeul thought before action, and it promotes slower than usual gameplay than the average shooter. When it comes down to it though, this game has as much action as any modern blockbuster. However none of the action is scripted, and all the explosions, somehow, etiher you doing or your team is responsible for. The game has many mechanics, most of which take a while to master. Not to mention the steep learning curve. once you have taken your first step its hard to stop with squad, even after having extremely negative engagements with the game early on. The frustration you feel only makes it all that much better when you finally roll the enemy team.

One requirement however, dont buy this game if you dont own a microphone. The gameplay is surrounded heavily by VOIP communication. Without this you are a burden to your squad, and the game is simply not as much fun.

With v12's my love for the game has lessened a bit. it seems the developers arent sure what they are doing with their game. Also, major updates only come out like every 9 to 12 months. i understand development takes time, but criminy it shouldnt take a year to get a single update right. That being said its still a good game, definitely worth the purchase on sale.

if you think fallout 4 was good, well buckle up butter cup. because boston aint ♥♥♥♥ in comparison to the capital wasteland.

this game is great if you have autism, and want to be constantly busy. there is never a moment when you wont have something to do in this game. whether or not you consider that a good thing is up to you. that is because a lot of what you will have to do, feels a wee bit like work. although work is rewarding, lots of people dont like having to work in order to progress. that or they feel the progresssion is too slow. however with the new multiplayer update, all it really takes is a couple friends, and you can get a good way into the infinite expanse of space.

it was a good amount of fun! not worth 20 dollars in my opinion. but definitely worth a buy if it is ever on sale! if they included shark textures with the og game it would be worth the 20.
