One of the best VR games out there. Perfect for getting into the John Wick mood! 9/10 would recommend.

You shoot bugs and robots. That's pretty good.

EDIT: Sony not only hasn't released a Bloodborne port to PC but now they are forcing users to connect with a PSN account.

EDIT02: Sony backed down from their decision and I can now continue to recommend this game. Like before, shooting bugs and 'bots is pretty good. Sony should release a port of Bloodborne on PC as an apology for this situation.

Early Access Review
Best indie game of the year. Came out of nowhere and became a smash hit worthy of the hype and praise. Look forward to future updates and thank Zeekerss, the solo dev that made this game a reality.

Great game for bringing in new players into the grander CRPG styled genre.

Early Access Review
This review will be updated if and when the product is released outside of Early Access. The current is valid as of 5/26/2023.

I didn't get to play much of the original Hawken when it was still playable on Steam. Although I spent a decent amount of time playing it, my experience may not equate to that of others. Regardless, I felt a strong attraction to the mech-fighter genre.

For the amount of time invested at the time of this review (approx. 5.5 hours), I felt very reminiscent of my prior experience with the Hawken franchise. For early access, free to play game released mere weeks ago, I believe that Hawken Reborn has great potential and should be given time to develop before reviews can be taken without a grain of salt.

In the current state of the game, I do recommend it. However, much to my concern is the optimization of display settings and availability of options should be quickly focused on and given great attention. Borderless-windowed mode is a very important setting that many games surprisingly skip out on. More content should be expected, prioritizing offline modes or PvE modes (the current one with radiant quests could use some work) that players can engage with and earn rewards from will allow the game to have some sort of future longevity but given time, the PvP aspect of the game should be given enough care and attention so that players may have their wish of community-driven dedicated servers or custom lobbies for awesome mech-based action.

Stated prior, I will update my review if and when Hawken Reborn is out of early access. I hope others find this helpful, I know I skipped details from the game itself. I'm tired.

Edit01: added a small (asdf) note in regards to the current pve mode. 5/29/2023 (18 hours)

I used to like playing games like Diablo but at the end of the third installment I found myself falling out of the series. At some point I was recommended this game as an alternative by some friends and family, I gave it a try soon after.

The amount of care and respect for the community of Path of Exile is incredible and I have enjoyed my experience playing. It does everything I liked about Diablo and I don't have to pay a dime.

I recommend this game if you are fan of the Diablo series and are looking to keep your money away from Blizzard.

This game cannot stand against previous installments in the series. Yet, I still find some redeeming qualities that I haven't been able to experience in other games. Dead Space 3 is designed as a co-op horror shooter with a greater focus on action over horror. I understand that this game has a blatant monetization problem, and I agree. Putting the true ending behind a paywall was scandalous. I cannot recommend this game solely because of that feature alone.

Yet, I still found plenty of fun playing with friends that helped me look beyond the frustrations of the imbalanced single-player encounters, micro-transactions, and lack of awareness of the roots of the series in horror. I can only recommend this game to be played with friends, do not purchase for the single-player experience unless it is on sale.

A simple yet enticing game. Had a great time with being able to play one-handed and relax. Good job.

This is a wonderful application for terrain/map making. I enjoy the simple to grasp UI and the developer is very responsive to QnA's. It's fairly priced and the quality is respectable for a lone developer. I recommend this and look forward to updates.

After only 147 hours have I completed the game once and started my way onto multiple other characters. After having played the previous "Souls" games I can definitely say that Elden Ring is by far most fun I've had since Bloodborne. I've really enjoyed the experience and I look forward to potential expansions in the future! Thank you, everyone at Fromsoftware and Bandai Namco for making this game possible!
