It was a crazy wait and not one of those "disappointed" alpha/early access game. While it did take many years for it development, the game feature a unique play style that differ from the usual genre.

The gameplay:
Certainly difficult to get start because killing low tier monster doesn't reward much. So really, the game is about exploring and acquiring gear before anything can be done.

Cons:
Artifact doesn't reward enough to feel rewarded for all the work of finishing a zone.
Starting a new zone always is difficult without +gear.
Repetitive after finishing a zone (have to collect the same tool every zone)

Would prefer this than Fortnite XD
