Incredibly tight game-play, and super fun. Thoroughly challenging, and highly rewarding. I can't wait to see how this game grows and what else this dev team comes up with.

Literally one of the best FPS games ever made, bar-none. Wish we'd get more like this from Respawn, but EA wants to keep deep-throating the battle royale garbage, so we might never get a sequel.

As someone who has been wanting to play an authentic D&D campaign for the better half of my life (and still do), this game shockingly satisfies that itch!

I don't often play RPG's, but this game is an absolute blast! Polished, complete, and rich with seemingly endless content, like no AAA title has managed for well over a decade. This game truly is a beacon of light in what has become a very dim industry.

If I had to criticize the game, I would say that its camera can get stuck on and interact with the environment in some truly obnoxious ways, and fairly often. The UI for movement and attacking inputs can be quite flawed as well.

Sometimes the movement UI will project while taking into account terrain factors (ex: movement slowing) and other times it will falsely project a distance only for you to commit to the movement and it will cut the action short as it realizes a terrain issue while you move (ex: a small puddle of mud). Similar issues will happen with firing an arrow (roaring thunder arrow) that deals CC, and the projected path for the target will be wrong, or it will update to a different path as you confirm the action.

But even with these admittedly fairly regular issues, I still have a mind boggling and refreshing amount of fun with this game. This game is the first time since Doom Eternal, that I actually feel like a large scale game was done well, and with an attention to detail to rival that of the all time champions, like GTA V.

Get this game, don't wait on it, you won't regret it. This time you truly are missing out.

I really liked the campaign, I thought it was really fun and felt very Halo while also trying some new things. I think they could have went way harder on the open world side of things, but what we do have is pretty cool.

Multiplayer feels tight and fun, it just feels like it takes 300 years for anything to get changed or added in a positive way.

If the game launched as it is now, maybe it'd be still doing alright player-population-wise, but this game is just a lot of great ideas, unfulfilled promises, and another soft abandoned project while they work in the background on their next "comeback" game.

This is an incredibly genius expansion of the original game, and it really is made for the fans! It keeps everything from the original intact, but just add so much more!

I was really worried about how they'd implement all the new stuff into the formula of the last game, given that you have to make some pretty... permanent... changes to it.

Without spoiling anything, I would still recommend playing to original game first. Now c'mon, don't roll your eyes... its free... and it takes less than 60 seconds to install... even with my TERRIBLE internet.
-Aaaaaaanyways, the best first play-through experience is still with the original, free, PC version, and if you can't just take my word for it... to describe it without spoilers, I would say that its a more authentic experience in the original, given that they had to reformat the way that you do something in the main story because of the requirements of all the new editions, and that SLIGHTLY takes away from a really genius element to the original experience.

In summary, this is a perfect expansion on the game, but its called "PLUS" for a reason, so i'd recommend playing the original for your FIRST run through the game! This game really is made for the FANS!
