It's fun. Great combat. If you're just looking to run around and kill things with a buddy, then this is fine. I mean it's free what the hell more can you really ask for?

There have been a few bug fixes and now I'm ready to recommend the game. The radio is still broken and there are a few (a lot) of duping bugs left in, but anything gamebreaking is gone. If you enjoyed the first two games and maybe My Summer Car, you're in for a treat.

This game has pretty much perfected its genre. It has a depth that no other game development sims have. The skill floor is just low enough to be able to jump in with just a little help from the tutorial, while the skill ceiling is unimaginably high. There are many ways to increase the efficiency of game production, from assigning staff to certain departments, making sure you're fitting the current trend, and even having a reasonable office layout. The different kind of company you can be also beats out any of the game's competition. You don't even have to rely solely on games. You can produce state-of-the-art engines and license them, you can be a games publisher, and you can even be a console producer and just make a first party game every once in a while.

All in all, this game is thoroughly enjoyable and a definite must have for any fan of game dev sims. 9/10 in its current state.
