EDIT: Changed my review based on the latest update as I said on my review below. The handling feels again like Karting Superstars and Circuit Superstars which is phenomenal and fun, the collision physics feel better and while AI went too passive now its ok the game is fun. Plus I like that it gives you the option for old or new handling so everyone is happy. I've played one hour since review so far but I'm itching!

Honestly I loved the demo and was hyped for this game but so far it has been disappointing. The handling is WORSE than the demo I dont understand how they did it. Car collisions are race ending. Touching the wall and hitting the car in front just brings you to a sudden stop as if the other cars are 30 tons heavier than you. It doesnt help that AI doesnt think you're on the same dimension which makes racing non existent and it is a shame because the other games from this devs are very fun. I'll wait for the october patch if I'll refund or change my review.

The first beta test was great, gameplay was smooth with few glitches but had potential and I quickly preorder after that. Then the last test came and it was like a different game with bugs, glitches and so many lag issues. Now the game came out and it still has the same issues, in the first test I loved playing goalkeeper but recently I hate it, the ball warps around, saving balls is not consistent and it seems gks keep getting nerfed with animations and limits. It has monetization like a f2p game, all cosmetic thankfully, but I feel duped paying for an elite edition to support the devs and then releasing Ronaldinho as dlc.
At $20 or f2p it would be worth it just like Rocket League, but right now at $30 its not even half a $60 game. They need to fix the lag, the crashes and gks, crossplay plus some form of single player matches and ranked for 3v3, and make ranked more rewarding. And I bought this both on pc and ps5 because I felt it has potential but please don't waste it.
