This game is fantastic. If you like 3D hack-and-slash games and like rhythm games, this one is probably for you. Even if you have terrible rhythm (like me), you'll probably still enjoy it. The main mechanic is to hit enemies on the beat of the music of the game, which is excellent, by the way. Between fights I'd be bobbing my head to the music, and during fights I was pumped.

The art is in such a refreshing style and I love it. The story is long enough that you can feel satisfied, but not so long that it overstays its welcome. Most of the characters are pretty memorable and enjoyable to fight against.

I think the only thing that I disliked is that certain parts of the game required split-second precision to progress. However, I felt the game doesn't punish you too harshly when you fail. Overall, this game that dropped out of nowhere definitely earned its accolades.

Refunding this. I got this in the bundle with Injustice 2 for $10, and it's not worth it. Neither game will launch. Injustice 2 does absolutely nothing. MK11 gives me an error message referencing a file in a directory that doesn't even exist in my system.

Don't bother.

I really wanted to play this game, but I'm requesting a refund. In the 10 days since launch, I've applied the 4 patches, 2 GPU hotfix drivers, and put in many hours for troubleshooting. The game simply will not open and offers no error messages of any kind. I imagine NaughtyDog support is completely overwhelmed because the responses to my ticket have taken a while just to get a basic boilerplate response.
