Aside from a few major bugs this is better than the first game in pretty much every way. I've spent 30h+ on the Next Fest demo alone & got that much amount of fun so I'm extremely hype for even more updates down the road.

A more than welcome addition to the deckbuilder roguelike subgenre. <3

Rarely ever play FPS games so I expected a rocky learning curve getting into Roboquest, but this was an absolute treat, might be one of my favorite games ever.

It's an absolute power fantasy with its immensely satisfying gameplay and sound design yet you still need to heavily rely on your skill & situational awareness to get anywhere at all. Any class builds just *work*, even if perk and item synergy helps, there's no pressure on choosing the right thing if you want to do a servicable job. The music is definitely one of the best parts of the game, absolutely never fails at gets me hype and in the zone. Currently 40 hours in and not too long from getting all achievements, but I'm definitely craving for a lot more.

Favorite game of all time, I had a blast playing it til' 100% and I'm still craving for even more.

Huge fan of this series since the Wiiware release, and they weren't kidding when they said this was a love letter.
This game gets everything right about what exactly makes the RUNNER series so good and does SO much more to exceed my expectations. Brand new campaign with plenty of bonus levels (you can play the entirety of RUNNER 1 right within RERUNNER which is amazing honestly), with no annoying end-of-level completionist fluff like the previous Runner games had.

The level editor and the community made levels are just the icing on the cake, and it didn't take me long before I had took a quick break from the campaign to try some of them out.
Many games have pretty barebones level editors when they first release but this one has a pretty solid amount of diversity & QoL to start off with, and it wasn't too long until I spent 7-8 hours straight in the editor just casually finetuning my level at my own pace, playtesting over and over until things were just right for me, and I'm still hardly done with it.

The one thing I'd love is to be able to quickly adjust difficulty settings within the pause menu of a custom level or within the custom level select so you don't have to go all the way back in the settings menu, otherwise this game's near perfect.
