To crown a Witch n Left 4 Dead:

1: Equip Autoshotgun

2: Move up BEHIND the Witch with the flashlight OFF.

3: When the Witch gasps and looks up at you, IMMEDIATELY blast her in her face. (NOTE: you need to be standing VERY close to her to do this)
