On the 16th, the game launched into it's three day Early Access. Everyone's biggest complaint? No 1v1 or 2v2 in skirmish mode. On the 17th, the next day, patch released fixing that issue. Set aside the devs listening to user's complaints, the game itself is wonderful. My favorite part is the unit customization, especially on aircraft/helicopters, want a tank-killing Apache? Done, want to instead equip that Apache to shred apart buildings full of infantry? Done. Want to drop a nuclear bomb from a B-1 Lancer? Or to carpet bomb two straight miles? Both are available.

I am loving this game and enjoy the gameplay of this much more than the Wargame series.

TLDR: Game is great, if you're able to play it. Present day GTA8.

The story-line is fun and lengthy, my play-through was almost exclusively story missions and I still spent at the time of review 20.6 hours on it. However, there are lots of bugs and performance issues to deal with, I've got a nice PC and the frame-rate wasn't the issue, things loading in properly was. I have the game installed on an NVM.e M.2 SSD and my PC is able to handle max settings at 144FPS. Hardware wasn't the issue. Lots of things would just randomly pop in and out of existence, as well some textures would just be blobs until staring at them for a few seconds. Sometimes the scan function (vital to gameplay) wouldn't function properly due to items not being detected by the game. It seems character development didn't reach as far as CDPR maybe hoped, it seemed like the characters were being set up to be far more developed with actual bonds forming with each, but got cut off. There are lots of buggy mechanics and interactions. Save frequently in case a story-line interaction doesn't work properly so that you are able to load close-ish to where you left off. Spent half an hour trying to figure out that one because when trying to talk to a story character a prompt for me to talk wouldn't appear. Highly unfortunate that a game with this much potential for greatness was released in a state like this. Overall a fun experience, but currently the bugs ruin it. According to other reviews that I've seen, I experienced very few bugs and it still made the overall experience ♥♥♥♥.

Game doesn't work properly. You can't use your freedom of speech without getting banned. Just another trash ubisoft title. Not worth the hype.

SUPERHOT IS THE MOST INNOVATIVE SHOOTER I'VE PLAYED IN YEARS!

I played the first game before this, and I was overjoyed to hear that this game was coming out, I purchased this masterpiece of a game, and giddy, like a child in a candy store, I cracked it open, I currently have an hour and a half of playtime as of the 19th of November, a day after purchasing the game, and the day I started playing it. Playing the first game I expected something similar, and boy was I blown away, they managed to capture the exact ideals that appealed to me and caught my eye from the first game, and at the same time managed to mold it in to so much more, I could not recommend this game any more to any person reading this review, the first game was my favorite game that I have ever played, and I do believe that this game will easily take its place. And just a cherry on top you do not need to play the first game to play the second, while there are some cool connections you can make from the first to the second, you do not need to play the first then the second.

I bought this game because all my friends said it was fun. Played 71.7 hours. Decided I hated this game with a burning passion. Got self purposefully banned. Proceeded to re-buy on another account.
