Got the hang of it in about 3 hours and realized that it was just like a clicker game. Once you break even, you just rinse and repeat and no challenge. Eventually make enough money to win.

Joining in on the review bombing to fix the fps dips and the AI.

Wish I could give a mixed review. Story was well written and gameplay is just as good as the first with a couple new moves with the added venom mechanic. However, the game has notorious crashing issues that I encountered. It would usually be during a loading screen, so make sure to save often. The autosaves can be corrupted. There are backup saves in your documents folder so there is a possibility that you won't lose progress that way. Other than that annoyance, solid game. Wish it was longer though, felt a little rushed.

First two patches seemed to fix my issues in my next hour and a half of gameplay. The performance saw a little bump. I am running native resolution 3440x1440 with all ultra settings and no DLSS at an average of 80fps w/ 12700k/3090


Review on Release: The performance is fine unlike what many people are complaining about. I am getting about what I would expect from having everything all running an ultrawide 1440p with all ultra settings and dlss quality. Walking around the house I got no less than 88fps and average around 100-110. CPU (12700K) usage is concerning... never saw my cpu get over 85C even in intensive benchmarks. I saw a max of 92C while downloading shaders. When in game, cpu usage was minimal and ran around 55C at 30% usage. However, I tried playing twice (after shaders downloaded) and never made it out of the house before crashing.

Absolute pass until it is fixed.

Game is great... BUT the PC port sucks. Much much better on the phone.

For $20 I'd say it is worth it. Runs a hell of a lot better than it did at launch and tanks are rather balanced. Ground soldier is not weak at all. The updates have really done the game some justice

Has some issues, but it is one of the only populated arcade shooters besides COD right now. Game modes are all solid so no complaints there. Nice innovative game mode where you can build you defense from blocks at the beginning of the round is fun too.

Edit: I notice a lot of people complaining about cheaters... I haven't run into any so far. There is no SBMM so there are a lot of high-skilled players.

After 5 hours the game is very stale. The AI is by far the worst part. The DLSS doesn't work very well. I would steer clear from this one.

10/10 Might be better than the Witcher, sorry Geralt
