This is one of the best ARPG/Roleplay SciFi games out there. Tons of professions, ways to play, gameplay mechanics and deep customization and crafting systems. Everything you need for countless hours. On top there are dozens of unlocks which can alter every replay with perks you can select. Absolute recommendation for every SciFi fan out there!

This game is a trendsetter. Its deep, replayable and has a unique gameplay twist to it. I have already seen other games using this inventory management system. Its just so good.

Unstable tech demo for a full prize game.

Nach 6h Gameplay kann ich sagen das Spiel ist ein würdiger Nachfolger von Cities:Skylines 1. Es gibt viele wohldurchdachte Verbesserungen, z.B. das vereinfachte Leitungssystem. Es gibt enorm viel freizuschalten, unglaublich viele Gameplay Mechaniken und es ist eine wahre SIMULATION! Jeder Mensch, jedes Haus, Fahrzeug, selbst Haustiere sind einzeln simuliert. Absolut grandios.

Ja die Performance ist nicht optimal, ich spiele auf einem i7 mit einer RTX 2080 Super (8GB), 32GB RAM und einer schnellen SSD zwischen 30 und 40 fps auf 3440x1440er Auflösung. Das ist völlig in Ordnung. Alles wichtige habe ich auf hoch, ein paar Sachen auf Medium und z.B. Bewegungsunschärfe aus. Ich werde weiter spielen denn es macht enorm viel Spaß! Wer alle Settings auf Ultra haben möchte und in 4K spielen will wird derzeit enttäuscht. Aber wer ein paar Optionen anpasst und für wen Gameplay im Vordergrund steht, der wird auch jetzt schon bedient. Mir macht es Spaß!

After more than 75 hours of play and early access, I can say with certainty that Starfield is a great role-playing game. It's also a Bethesda game through and through, with all its strengths and weaknesses.

Suffice it to say - the game gives you exactly the freedom - that was promised at the beginning. Don't listen to the haters and trolls, they're a small but noisy minority, as is common on the internet. The rest of the players enjoy this game, which, mind you, is just beginning. I'm still expecting a lot of changes, improvements, patches, content, etc.

The mod community is already very busy and I can already recommend two very good mods: a mod to switch off the many color filters and the StarUI mod for an improved inventory.

Otherwise, all I can do is wish you a lot of fun, because it's one of the best role-playing games I've played in my more than 30 years of gaming career. And it's currently an unpolished jewel - so we can expect a lot more.

Absolute purchase recommendation!

The game is too superficial, not enough content. For now, it's mediocre at best. Too few weapons, communication within the team is far too confusing, team members can simply dismantle built fortresses, repairs are not displayed or rewarded. In general, your play style is not rewarded - only kills count - everything else does not, which makes the coop aspect absurd.

Let me know again in a year - then I'll take a look again. Currently no recommendation, even if I love the IP.

Feels way to janky with rudimentary game mechanics at best. Need at least another year or two until its worth the asked price. Refunded.

# Update: Take Two announced that the develeopment studio was closed down. So we don't know if the game will be further developed at all. It's been in Early Access for ages and it's time for Steam to revise its refund policy for such nonsense. 50€ for an undeveloped game? Thats pure scam!

I am a die hard fan for KSP 1 - played it since it was in early alpha (for free) and have thousands of hours into it. So i would spay KSP 2 of course! The game in the current state is early access. You should be aware of that and lower your expectations accordingly.

Its beautiful - there is no doubt about that - but its also very hardware hungry. Bringing Rockets with more than 30 parts into space at 20 fps (3440x1440) is norm. It will surely be optimized later on, but right now you need a beefy rig to play it properly.

There are several new parts to play with, but alot of gameplay mechanics which were promised are still missing. In fact, there is nothing besides the sandbox right now. No science, no carreer mode, no exp or progress, no resources even no com-net. Also a lot of QoL features, which we know from KSP1 are missing. The UI got a complete revamp and is missing vital information like T/W-ratio for stages, maneuver markers after initial burns, transfer windows.

Everything is barebone and it needs ALOT of work to make a worthy successor out of it. So i would it only recommend to people who are true fans of KSP right now. I would not recommend it casual players, especially with the AAA price tag on a early access title.

I will change my recommendation if the game evolves but i will give it a thumb up, because alot of reviews are just hate comments without any substance.

Want to like the game but it doesnt let me...

Horrible performance on ultra gaming rig, constant disconnects and crashes (denying rewards after a long session), tedious and boring leveling to unlock weapons which are in a randomized shop and not craftable. Classes feel unfinished and not satisfying. Teamplay is horrible because there is no collision on players - its a simple spam your stuff game and teammates dont give a ♥♥♥♥ about who needs ammo, upgrades, chests etc. With randoms unplayable on tier 3 upwards.

Overall a bad experience .. maybe come back in a year when its polished, balanced and stable.

Abandonware. Dev took the money and began to work on a second game before finishing this one... DO NOT BUY!
