What can be said about this game that hasn't already been said? It's fast, fluid, and fun--the three pivotal F's of a good Doom game. Sure some long time players aren't too keen on it, and some people give the Marauder hell, but it is genuinely one of my favorite games of all time.

It captures the feeling Doom as a franchise gives you and makes you not only feel like a badass, but also makes you feel a high sense of progression as you get further in the game; it forces you to be the badass you wanted to be in 1993! This feeling is only exemplified by Mick Gordon's music which is fantastic and especially adrenaline-pumping this time around. BFG Division? Try BFG 10K Division.

Overall, if you're a fan of the original Doom games and didn't enjoy Doom 2016, this may be something up your ally, maybe not. If you want a fast, fluid, and fun experience I cannot recommend this game enough!

Honestly one of my favorite VR games of all time. Very fun and fluid gun play, many different modes, very active development, and of course Meat Fortress! I cannot truly express how much I love rocket jumping in VR. Absolutely amazing!

What a wild ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ride! Holy hell, I cannot believe how amazing this game is. I remember when the game wasn't even in early access and when the first public Steam release was available about, what, one and a half years ago? Anyway, I'll never forget the time I was (I think) the first person to telefrag the final boss of the second chapter.

In short, H.P. Lovecraft would be proud. So damn proud.

(Looking forward to DUSK co-op. C'mon Dave, we are waiting!)

This is one of the more intense games I have played in a while. It is simplistic and yet so damn effective at what it sets out to do, which is more than likely to scare the ever loving error codes out of you.

One complaint I have, however, is the audio. I'm not 100% sure, but it's probably my machine and not the developer's fault. Regardless, the issue I experienced was highly random or imbalanced audio levels. For instance, when opening a door the audio would jump up as if I had left the volume at max when in fact it was as low as it could be. This became especially annoying when encountering the train doodads--oh boy.

Overall, this game is a very nice indie horror title. I can highly recommend it.

My first impressions of Prey were more or less mixed when I first heard about it last year, calling it another horror shooter. After deciding to finally give it a shot I am very pleased to say I was wrong. This game is fantastic! Unlike some other horror-esque shooters, this one requires you to think before you act, until you get late in the game of course because by that point you're going to be super human (or something greater). Another great feature about this game is the fact that you really can play your way, there's usually more than one way around something, but be careful...your actions have consequences so play smart and live long!

tl;dr 9/10 really good

It's too large of a price for such mediocre content. It's as if I loaded up 20GB worth of Garry's Mod assets and went hog-wild in large, empty landscapes.

The only redeeming qualities I can see in this are the animations, story, and weapons. This sucks because I really, really, really wanted this to be a good game. I hope that one day this becomes playable, then maybe I'll consider re-purchasing this game.

PS: The developers do seem as if they are actively trying to fix game breaking issues, bugs, and map problems, albeit slowly.

Snagged a key for this back in November-ish. Love it. You should definitely buy this if you haven't already considered it!

The first few minutes were one hell of a time. Of course, on my fourth or fifth match I decided to swing a mace vertically down. I neglected to remember one thing: my desk. Let me tell you right now, smashing your index finger so hard it gets bruised under the nail and cracks is certainly a sure fire way to make you a battle hardened warrior; after the pain subsides. 10/10 Would ♥♥♥♥ up my finger again.

PS: For the record, gaming without the use of your left index finger is kind of hard.

Of course not! This is the game for you if you enjoy destroying a Nazi-controlled globe!

It's pretty okay. I mean, it's not Halo...but...it's decent enough.










Just kidding. This game is EXACTLY what Doom 3 should have been! Although, currently, my computer can barely run it (GTX 670) I LOVE this game! :D

If you haven't considered it already, but this game and rip and tear your way through hell!


PS: The multiplayer is average at best though, but who plays Doom for the multiplayer? That's what Quake is for man...
