I have 54 hours in 4 days. This is everything I could have expected and more from my favorite series of all time. The combat is more crisp, the diplomacy feels like more than a group of checkboxes, and the bandits are ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ SCARY. If you enjoyed Warband, you'll love this. That said, know that when the store page says "Early Access" it means "♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, thanks for beta testing". I've lost 3 game saves (entire save files, not just the latest save) to corruption to due a "save limit" soft cap that has since been fixed. I've crashed trying to walk around town. I've crashed trying to enter taverns. I've crashed recruiting at villages. That's a long way of saying that I've burnt more saves doing day-to-day activities in this game than almost any other game I've ever played. But I still have 54 hours in 4 days - if you can look past the technical flaws and acknowledge that you're a paying beta tester, you won't find a more fun game.

It's a buggy unfinished mess even when servers are up. There's a lot of potential here, but absolutely do not buy in its current state.
