One of the many "funny" physics based games

It has some charm to it but the lack of effort in the important areas is infuriating

The platforming stages is the game's true downfall. The jump you have is pathetic and more akin to an fps jump. Any stage that requires you to do precision platforming (thank god its only a handful) is tedious and infuriating.

Some of the levels and modes actually had some fun things in them. Its not an awful game but is far from good.
I would recommend if you're a diehard fan of physics based games, but otherwise I would pass on this one (unless you want the trump emotes)

Also never buy it full price. This game is worth $2.50 max.

Boring, slow, and extremely outdated graphically
Also has many janky/glitchy aspects

Perhaps the game is just not for me but these problems force me to give it a thumb down

If you want an old strategic fps just play ghost recon or something similar

Cheaper than an actual lootbox

Game isn't horrible but I really can't recommend it. Wish steam had a neutral option.

You have 4 different vehicles to choose from but they're only cosmetic as far as I can tell
All the maps are in the desert for some reason and that gets old fast
Some of the maps actually have fun designs but a few are actually confusing

Physics are what really bring the game down:
hitting the side of the track even for a moment will make you either get stuck, spinout, or flip
acceleration and braking are almost instant and turning is about as touchy
you get used to them but it's still an issue

The game really offers nothing new
there are no advanced mechanics that I can find
maps reuse a lot of parts

other issues:
ui looks like a mobile game
no way to change car color (I think it's multiplayer only)
no in game control list or way to change them
after a race you must go back to the main menu instead of the map selection screen
each ai car seems to have its own difficulty since the blue and red truck is always ahead of the others (and that makes the game feel even more samey)

Overall I would give it a 3/10 as it's not horrible but I wouldn't pay $1 for it (and probably not 50 cents)

Neat Idea but poor execution

Aiming is really bad
Hitboxes for the basic bombs are annoyingly tiny
Can't jump through platforms (and that causes unintentional death sometimes)

Due to these issues I can't recommend

Your animals want to kill you so you become the original doomguy

Game has potential but I can't give it a thumbs up in its current state

Artstyle is great and animations are smooth

-cons
hitboxes are massive

movement is sluggish

level 3 powerup makes your hitbox even bigger

powerups are tied to health (think super mario)

no other pickups except health

controller input doesn't work on menu

no way to rebind buttons (keyboard or controller)

I do wish the best for this game and hope I can change my review in the future.
Until then I must say as a shmup the game fails to feel fun in its movement and to some degree in its shooting.
The game is free (as of writing this review) so feel free to make your own decisions.

In its current state I give the game a 3/10

One of the better Mario clones I've played but still flawed.

Levels are monotonous with half of them having the exact same artstyle

No collectibles

All boss fights (minus the last) seem to function the same (and use the same sprite)

Final boss fight isn't even a boss fight as it auto completes it for you. A shame too since it's the only boss that has a unique sprite

Movement feels too heavy

No secret areas (that I found)

No warps to underground

Overall it's decent and you can get a half hour out of the 12 levels

It's a fun game but I can't recommend because it has too many problems due to not being optimized for newer systems. I seem to only be able to load a new location once per profile (saves don't seem to matter)

If you can find a cd version and use it on an xp vm then you may have a blast with it. Otherwise I suggest keeping your money for an actually working game

Game can be fun at times but it has so many unfair and annoying level design/enemies I just can't give it a recommendation.
If you have $2 to blow I would suggest the game if you're a big platformer fan and can look past the jankiness the game throws at you sometimes.
All these problems existed in the original release as far as I'm aware so it's not a port issue.

Overall its not really a bad game just suffers from some bad design choices.
