There's not a lot to say critically about K&L2 that hasn't been said. It's undoubtedly a mess of a game with little ambition in the gameplay, barebones plot and character work, and dated graphic fidelity even for the time it came out. But credit where credit is due, there really aren't that many games that allow you to play as genuinely despicable characters in a "low key" crime story, and it's such a quick game to play that I've always been interested in going back to it at some point years later. Honestly, for a basic 4 hour co-op shooter romp with a bud for less than £1 my expectations were pretty low.

The game literally crashes on the main menu, every single time. Don't buy this.
