Still playing blind over at YouTube.
No longer live streaming. Too much brain drain.
Back surgery.
And, all while battling my diminutive nemesis.
Joy! Happiness! Butterflies! And, of course, unicorns. :)
He led a very full life. Three children, 9 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, a wife who loved him and he loved deeply. He had lots of friends, everywhere.
Did I have the relationship with him I should have? No. I'm not sure anyone really does, though many get close. Did I love him dearly? Absolutely.
I already miss being able to call him and talk. I already miss hearing his stories. I already miss knowing he was there when I needed my dad. But, I'm very glad he can finally rest without suffering.
Rest in peace, good sir. Rest in peace.
