If you have an Intel chip and are running into the issue where it crashes right after the launcher, what worked for me was downloading the Intel Extreme Tuning Utility and turning on auto-overclock. I have a fairly new PC that should easily meet any recommended specs and I've learned that a lot of games have issues with the newer chips.

The game is great. Combat feels really smooth. My only gripe with it is intense frame drops when a new checkpoint is triggered. Other than that, it runs really well when you have all the settings dialed in.

**Also I get why people are review bombing but judge the game based on its own merit, not the publisher. Additionally, the PSN linking is optional for online play. It's annoying but not the end of the world for people in PSN restricted countries.

Really fun game. Performance issues are pretty negligent and as someone that’s usually bothered by it, it’s not enough to ruin the experience. Also, the DLC/microtransactions aren’t predatory at all. All the items are easily obtainable in game. Being able to buy them just gives people the option to get the items quicker. Devs have also responded to feedback and are going to implement being able to start new saves on the PC version as well as optimize performance in highly populated areas.

That being said, if your computer tends to struggle with CPU intensive games, you should probably wait until these changes are out. Overall though, it’s been great so far (as long as you’re okay with the game’s intention of preventing save scumming and making you play with the consequences of your actions).

Really good game for the classic COD feel. Lots to do to keep you hooked. Buggy at times (most of the negative reviews are due to that) but it's nothing horrendous and regular updates are constantly making it more stable.

Early Access Review
One handed controls and surprisingly deep. The most addictive game I've played, especially for 3 bucks.

Every time I've stayed up till sunrise playing a video game, I've been aware of the poor choice I was making. However, Civ is different. You'll find yourself wanting to play just one more turn and soon enough find yourself not having done anything else for the past couple of days.

Early Access Review
Although this game says Early Access, it feels like a final product with devs who constantly listen to the community and release updates. It's a game that's extremely difficult to play on your own but because of that, you'll encounter some of the funniest and at times, terrifying, social interactions among players. The best survival game out right now and a great lesson in humanity.
