Stop reading this and buy it. I implore you. Go in blind. This game is well worth the price, even at full price. It really made me feel emotions. It's more than you think, and you'd expect. Your choices matter. Do well to remember that. Now go buy the damned thing.

I was excited to buy this game. So excited, I bought it full price. It's like Wasteland 3, but with significantly less polish. The atmosphere and story are sublime, but the world feels empty because you can't talk to anyone except for designated people. You can't interact with random NPCs, much less talk to them; They don't even have generic lines to say. They just mill about the map, miming speech because they can't talk amongst themselves either.

The combat is sluggish and unrewarding. Weapons don't seem to have any "punch" behind them, and getting a 17% chance to hit with a sawn-off shotgun from near point-blank is absurd. At least XCOM *says* you get a 95% chance.

Overall, the game feels like an early beta build. I even encountered a typo....

It's an okay game. Some parts go too fast for me, but maybe that's just the mode I'm playing. Get it on sale.

Holy. ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. ♥♥♥♥. One of the best games I've played in a LONG while, and it runs on any computer, even a potato (as long as it's a newer potato). The only game so far I see value in doing New Game+.


Could use some brushing up on the English, but otherwise, groundbreaking stuff. I desire a sequel.
