Sure it's be a bit short, but the game is 20 dollars and it filled with far more than that price tag. Perfectly charming animation/art and a jam of a soundtrack. 6 Player co-op offline and online! I hope they do add in some re-playablitiy mechanics like some castle crasher but this is a gem that shine so bright for what it is meant to be. Bringing back those nostalgic turtles in time but bringing it into the future.

To give credit, dear lord this is a beautiful and dense BASIC foundation for yugioh. But that is all.

As a game this is absolutely worthless and an outright scummy. Even with the limited special you can get 1 pack for about 10 dollars. With that special the 4,950 gem pack is 79.99. That is 80 dollars for 4 digital booster packs(you going to get screw on packs of you buy them 1 at a time so i am stateing 1 digital booster pack of potential VALUE is the 10 pack pull). Not to mention even in the more archetype specific booster packs you are pulling from a card pool of 4000 cards? How the heck are you going to get your cards, not to mention if your deck needs Ultra rares, which master duel makes so many staples and often common starts as Ultra rares. I love being able to craft stuff but from what I hear from duel links players, we have been blessed with a wonderful crafting system. But that is bull considering in duel links you had to whale for cards to play the game BUT in this game the crafting may be so accessible but boosters/gems make it so you will never have enough resources to even craft a deck without intense spending and universal free grind.

Well what about the gameplay. Well the gameplay is fun when you battle against people who aren't try harding, too bad the ranking system is the only way to play against other players and the rank pool is so limited that all you're going to play is 90percent meta decks. For newer players nothing is more meme-y than "enemy player kills my board, summons a full field of 3k+ beaters, ON MY TURN". Like how is anyone going to enjoy this game if that is the introduction to the game.
Every yugi player remembers the old days of normal summon and set a few cards. Nothing more wonderful that, but that isn't modern yugioh for a majority of top tier decks. But what player is going to know about tiers, especially when the cards you're being introduce to don't even come close to that meta.

I love yugioh, I'm excited to see konami changing the actually card game to make less deck so insane and get more support for more decks. But Master duel dunks on casual players and doesn't allow meta players to play proper matches with side decks.

game is 4 out of 5 but honestly just because it's beautiful, has so many cards, and konami has a history of burning it so damn hard that this support is angelic. BUT konami doesn't deserve this it's a ***1 of 5****, especially knowing how horrible konami treats it's consumers. I want to be optimistic but I also know konami there have no reasons or ability to listen so why would this game get better than what we have now. Especially with recent updates I see nothing of value coming ahead.

I don't care if this game is ever going to be good at any of the many things it aspires to. It's a small team who provide so much update and willing to remake it to better create what they want. Did i play it just to ♥♥♥♥ around in the sexy world they made, sure did. Dressing up and making pretty people/homes will never not be fun.

But yeah 16 bucks to support passionate devs with a game that has no right being filled with as much stuff as they put into it. Who knows what this will end up being crafted into but take my money I hope the dev's continue to excel in the world and this game.

Never play it on my steam account but this game always has me coming back for the wit and the mechinics, it truly a masterpiece for the ages.

It's a great game for single player or multi. Beautiful and a platforming experiance like no other. BUY IT AND BUY IT AGAIN
