I enjoy factory automation games/building sims and Revive and Prosper does a really good job of joining these types of games and holding its own. It is great that you start off with multiple mutants to do the tasks (and adding golems as you progress) that have their own strengths and weaknesses in order to get the automation going. It hardly ever feels as if I'm waiting/bored, there is always some task I can queue up or some other thing that needs to be done that keeps me focused on the game. I literally play hours at a time and not realize it. I even enjoy going back to campaign maps I've done before and see if I can beat them "better", which is not something I ever do.
It is obviously still in development, with bugs that creep up here and there, but the developers are responsive on the discord and address issues quickly. They take feedback seriously and have made great improvements to the game in these past few months and I'm excited to see what they come up in the following.

Seriously, really hard, but really enjoyable. Elodie has been killed four times now, twice by bandits, once with a sword, and once by magic. Still trying to figure out how to get her to survive to Queen. It's going to happen!

Anyway, I recommend this game. Get it. Play it. Try and live.
