* like purging xenos
* like space marine 1
* like warhammer/starcraft
* no frills action game that is similar to games in 2010.

the game is ok

- there is a lot of micro, but the units are hard to control. ie: units cant fire while moving except with "attack move".
- the story is meh
- the universe is done nicely, the bugs are quite well designed
- unit AI is dumb

The game has all the flaws of serious sam 4, clunky animation, clunky game play, with some really bad pacing. IT is shorter, so some of the ideas do stick better.

buy if you like SS4

The game has some good moments but it feels unfinished, texture pop ins are common, a lot of bugs (enemies hitting you behind walls), some the maps feels uninspired, likewise the physics feel iffy.
