Awesome entry for the series! I've been playing Monster Hunter games since Tri on the Wii, back in 2009, and this game has a lotta unique things. The wire bugs are super cool!!! Haven't played Sunbreak yet, though, but I'll most likely love it as well.

Oh, Cuphead, what a frustratingly difficult, yet WONDERFUL GAME!!!

The gameplay and the difficulty absolutely shine in this amazing piece of art, and the different kinds of weapons you can use, charms, etc - they add some nice variety to the game. Also, of course, the old-school artstyle and soundtrack set it apart from other games and make me love it even more.
I highly recommend Cuphead for everyone who likes a difficult platformer, as it won't hold the player's hand at any point, while giving a tremendously rewarding experience whenever you beat a new boss, achieve something new, etc.

Finally, the DLC is awesome in every regard. I love the new gear, levels, and playing as Ms. Chalice is really cool, too.

As a MH veteran (been playing since Tri on the Wii), I can say that this game is an amazing entry to the series. Most of what's been changed from previous games in the franchise was for the best. If you're into hunting huge monsters (which are in the likes of boss fights from other 3D action games), gathering materials from them and from the environment, making gear out of those materials and progressing through the game to fight even stronger monsters, you'll love this game. Also, if you don't like to hunt on your own, you can always go with friends via multiplayer or take a feline companion to help you on your hunts.
