Early Access Review
Fun game overall. Good if you like games such as DayZ or other "shoot and loot" survival games. I played this game a while back at release and have started in on it again to see major changes. This is a more current review as a majority of them are outdated.

Pros
  • A lot more quests than original release. Many of them are unique and tied to different factions.
  • Four factions: Looters, Civilians, Military, and Neutral.
  • No zombies, gameplay won't be distracted by random gamebreaking, teleporting undead.
  • NPCs who give quests and patrol around. Most are interactive.
  • Drivable vehicles.
  • Wildlife, rabbits spawn randomly, but bears and wolves have set spawn locations.
  • Decent storage and shop system. Each storage unit is seperate from all the others.
  • Currency for buying guns, items, and ammo.
  • Singleplayer, with a seperately stored character.
  • Inventory and character is static across all servers of the same gamemode. If I find an AK-47 in Room 12, and then join Room 13 I'll still have the AK-47
  • Small character customizer
  • Better server list. There are now filters, and searching.
  • You can create a server, private or public, and set the ammount of players you want. 4-24 increments of 4.
  • Actions can now be canceled by pressing space bar.
  • Lots of weapons and items, I seem to find new things a lot.
  • Very Large map, two man locations that you can travel back and forth from and a large deadly bunker with amaxing loot. There's also a seperate in game map for each location, with important areas marked, such as Civilian, Military, and Neutral bases.
  • Traitor system to punish players who kill other players from their own faction.

Cons
  • AI have aimbot, wallhack, and can deal more damage to the player, despite having the same weapons the player can use. If you're close to a wall and an AI is on the other side, they'll shoot at the wall despite not being able to actually see you.
  • No first person option, and no ADS. There is a zoom option, but the guns are so unstable and shakey, that it's virtually useless. The best weapons are the snipers, as you can just take enemies out from rediculously long ranges through the scope. Be carefule still, enemies will be able to shoot you from just about any distance.
  • Guns do a very small ammount of damage, it takes almost 30 bullets to kill a bear, and the rarest weapon in the game, The Gauss Gun, doesn't even one shot a normal person to the chest. Fighting NPCs is very annoying as they have a huge advantage.
  • Eating, drinking, and resting are still too prominent. I get that I run out of energy after running from one side of the map to the other, but I shouldn't be dying of hunger after eating three jars of strawberry jam 7 minutes ago.
  • There seems to only be one time of day.
  • Vehicles are very very very poorly optimized. I don't understand why an APC or armored tank can't drive through a wooden fence. And sometimes these vehicles are light as a feather as they can ramp off hills and fly 30 ft in the air. YOu also can't hear them if they're close most the time. I had a armored truck filled with about 5 people pull up completely silent and gun down three of my friends and I.
  • Harsh punishment for accidental traitors. I don't know how many times I've accidentally ran over a member of my own faction while I'm trying to bring in my loot from a long run across the map in my armored truck. I then get gunned down by 30 guys and I can't get to my body or enter my camp for an hour and thirty minutes. There needs to be a redemption option. Maybe you have to pay high ammount for them to let you go, either way, it's very inconvinient when it's not on purpose. Also your traitor timer resets every time you leave the game. So if you have 5 minutes left on it, and you lag out, you're back up to 1 hour and 30 minutes, has made me want to quit as I don't want to sit there mindlessly while I wait for my faction status to go back.
  • If yoou normally get around 80 ping in games, be ready for it to be a pain in the ass. Sometime when switching inbetween maps, or entering the bunker, you will disconect and takes anywhere from 3 to 30 minutes to get reconnect. I seem to be the only person who actually has a large problem with this as most my friends average 30-40 ping.
  • Low player base, 5 months ago, there were anywhere from 300-500 people on the US server. Now on a good day I see 50.
  • Easy to server hop, especially when you can just create multiple password proteceted servers, where loot resets every time.
  • The game is more fun with friends. It's not too much fun when you are constantly ganged up on by random players, and god tier AI.

Final Verdict
The game is good. Better than most, and so far hasn't been abandoned by the devs. The player base hasn't died, but has slowly been growing due to increase in bug fixes and content releases. It's cheap too, for $10 (and is constantly on sale for anywhere from $5-7) it's a decent game to play with friends. IF you're looking for a survival game to try out, get it, by the time you're an hour in you should have a good feel of the game and be able to tell if you enjoy it or not.
