Absolute waste of my life

How do you rip off the style of late 90s survival horror games so closely and yet make such unsalvageable garbage? A game that should be studied by aspiring game developers as exactly how not to make a survival horror game

My life has been made significantly worse having experienced this title, 1.5/10

Probably one of the worst games I have ever played in my entire life

Terrible game design at every turn, terrible story, terrible VA, terrible horror elements. Just trash through and through

Maybe the developers should focus on creating something cool instead of just blindly ripping off RE7 without understanding anything about what made that game work and hoping that it makes a quick buck

But its "very positive" so I guess enough morons were fooled for a payday

Short and sweet, a great experience overall

Challenging in some areas without feeling BS and satisfying as hell when you get the win.

Also being inspired by Innsmouth no Yakata on the Virtual Boy is a cut so deep that it demands respect

A competently made Kings Field clone that maybe comes off as a little pretentious at times but is overall a fun experience that's worth checking out of if you're into first person dungeon crawlers. Has a few annoyances here and there which I shouldn't go into detail on for a Steam review but if you're the kind of weirdo like that me that enjoys PS1 Kings Field or Shadow Tower then it's not so bad but it may turn off less experienced or hard headed crawlers

The soundtrack is also incredible and, without spoiling anything, the final boss theme goes so unreasonably hard in the moment that I would say the whole thing is worth playing for JUST that.

It's good stuff, go play it
