If you wanna spend money, the store is the most consumer friendly in any modern live service game.
All the cosmetics stay forever, except what is included in the battle pass. (which can be earned by collecting the currency for free, if you play long enough. After which you can re-purchase it every season with the currency in the battle pass, with some to spare for extra spending.)
