Tons of good reviews for this game (speaks for itself). The game has light puzzle mechanics so you always feel like you're making progress as you aren't punished for failing to time jumps or speed. Gameplay is very linear and even though at times you have to find your way around, the levels have been designed well where you don't feel like you've been backtracking forever.

But that's not why you would play this game. This game touches you emotionally as it takes you through the stages of what Gris is going through. If you play this game, make sure you play with headphones on as the background score goes well with the gameplay. The soundtrack is by Berlinist and is available via Apple Music if you'd like to listen to it outside of the game.

The game, described in one word is "beautiful"!
