I did 100% this DLC and thought it was pretty good (all stars, all cars/skins, all mission objectives).

I thought it was a pretty well done racing mode in this game. There was a nice integration of new and old mechanics with the missions. The one improvement I might suggest would be to add more of a narrative element like if you had another racer sabotage your main base and you have to retaliate (that would be a neat reversal of the Art Vandals story, too).
